Launched in 2008, Panasonic CF-T8 received SU9300 1.2GHz Core 2 Duo processor. In 2010 the processor was updated to SU9600 1.6GHz with vPro technology.

Intel® GS45 (GMA 4500MHD video controller) supports up 358MB of video RAM shared with main system.

Weighing in at 3.3 lbs., the Toughbook T8 business-rugged laptop combines light weight and durability, with a built-in a magnesium alloy case, rubber hand strap, embedded wireless and broadband.

Spill-resistant Keyboard

Because liquid spills are the second most common cause of laptop trouble, a spill-resistant keyboard has been added as a standard feature of the entire Toughbook business-rugged line. In the event of a spill, a waterproof keyboard, combined with a unique drain-through design, allows liquids to pass through and exit from the bottom of these mobile computers. Moreover, a drain-away design on the optical drive enclosure (optical drive available on select models) further protects them from liquid penetration. This reduces the risk of water damage and extends the life of these tough mobile computers.

Circular Scrolling Touchpad

Circular Touchpad is trademark of all Panasonic Business laptops. While many reviews were not very positive, we found it very comfortable and convenient. Furthermore, it features an easy-to-use vertical scrolling capability by moving your fingers on the edge of the touchpad clockwise or counterclockwise. It can also be customized to suit individual preferences.
