All drivers installed, same problem as most can't get touch screen or front keys to work.

Tried all the suggestions in this thread. BIOS is enabled.

Windows XP SP1

Any suggestions, or do I need to upgrade to windows xp tablet.

Hallo again!
Thorp, Let me ask what is the difference in the new CF-18D/E (MK2) Fixed ?
First I see is, that is missing WLAN ?
I keep and the old version MK2. It includes 2 WLAN exe.
But I notice, after I install them on my CF-18DDB26ME, WIN XP-2 can't load and the laptop restarts. It may start only in SafeMod :-(

For those that want to know the CF18DD works a treat on Win7, google for howto:Install windows 7 on a cf-18 mk1 for more.
I also tried ubuntu 10.04 lts, which is great apart from the vid drivers have moved into the kernel and are disabled by default for the intel 82852 - download the alternate 10.04 iso and load in text mode, then google up 10.04 blank screen intel for howtos. Greets to all toughbook appreciators!

Which set of drivers should I use? I have tried them all, and all I get is “This machine does NOT support”.
I do not have the recovery discs anymore and I use Win XP.
The model number is CF-18JHU12TW.

Thanks

Your model is MK3 version with digitizer. You need package #3 if you have Windows XP installed. Driver package for Windows XP Tablet will be available in a few days.
